2024年12月27 日，南非国际贸易管理委员会（ITAC）（代表南部非洲联盟-SACU，SACU包含国家为南非、博茨瓦纳、纳米比亚、莱索托及斯威士兰5国）发布公告，应南非企业ArcelorMittal South Arica Limited提交的申请，对进口钢扁轧制品发起保障措施调查。
具体产品如下：宽度为600mm或以上的铁、非合金钢扁轧制品，用铝锌合金包覆，镀层或涂层，厚度小于0.45mm（Flat-rolled Products of Iron, Non-alloy Steel, of a width of 600 mm or more, clad, plated or coated, with aluminium-zinc alloys, of a thickness of less than 0.45mm）涉案产品的南非税号为7210.61.20和7210.61.30；宽度为600毫米或以上的其他合金钢扁轧制品，锌镀层或涂层，厚度小于0.45mm（Flat-rolled Products of other Alloy Steel, of a width of 600 mm or more, otherwise plated or coated, with zinc, of a thickness of less than 0.45mm）涉案产品的南非税号为7225.92.25和7225.92.35。本案损害调查期为2021年5月1日至2024年4月30日。
利益相关方应于立案之日起20日内进行应诉登记、以书面形式提交本案评述意见以及听证会申请。
